Standard Slips cost $115.00/Ft. times the registered length of your vessel with a 25Ft. minimum. Premium Slips that are extra wide and or long or have double finger piers cost $125.00/Ft. with larger minimums in some cases. For 2020, we have a limited number of "special economy slips" starting at $75.00/Ft. which do not have electric. Transient slips cost $2.00/Ft./day, $7.00/Ft./week and $22.00/Ft./month and must be paid in full upon signing. Charter slips cost $150/Ft. on a case by case basis. In addition to the aforementioned costs, slip prices will include a 7% tidelands fee.

 

Slips can be rented either by the "Summer Season" from May 1st to Oct 31st or on a daily, weekly or monthly transient basis from periods between March 1st to November 30th.

We have deep water slips for all size boats and a deep water channel with no bridges to deal with. Fuel is readily available and with a 5 minute ride and no long "No-Wake" zones, get on to the open water in no time.

For summer season slips, a $1,200.00 deposit upon signing is required with 50% of the remaining balance due on Feb 1st and the full balance on Apr 1st. Slip customers who winter store with us (Annual Customers) receive a $5.00/F.T. discount on the annual cost. Trailer storage is available for $400.00 for the summer season and $400.00 for the winter season. Transient slip fees must be paid in full up front.
